Hmm... All the pics are shot @ ISO 200 or 400. I am using Powershot A570 IS. I think the noise will be there @ ISO 400.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? The only thing that I can think of is to use a tripod and shoot @ a slow shutter speed @ ISO 100 or at most ISO 200.

Ya, i agree with tauhu the shots are a bit noisy. Maybe its because of the limitation of the camera i guess. Ya, you need a tripod or something to support your camera for night shot if you wanna take in natural lights. In terms of composition, i like #2 and #3 the most. But for #3, i will suggest to crop away the top portion where the signboard etc are. Would prefer to just see the human shapes and the blue lights on the stairs. I feel, even cropping away half the upper portion of the human shapes will also be good, and maybe even better. And i suppose you did not PP your photos? Maybe a little PP will be nice. Just my 2 cents~

Cropping away the upper portion... Hmmm. Will try when I am free.
    Thanks for your feedback.

BTW, I took a look at your Flick photos. Nice photos you got there ^^
