Thread: iTouch

    Default iTouch

Anyone here owns one? I was playing with my coll's 16gb iTouch and was blown away by the 'revoluntionary' multi-touch features.

I feel like rushing out to get one but need to get a screen-protector 1st and a case.
    Anyone can recommend a case?
I'm not a fan of those socks/moshi pouches btw.

What do you think of iTouch?

Do you mean the iPod Touch? A bit overhyped. And if the screen is like on the iPhone, it's prone to bugs as well, such as sections of the screen losing their touch sensitivity.

If anything, wait for the second generation. 1st gen apple products always very buggy.

that's what stops me from buying ipods.....paying for a brand-name and a perceived lifestyle image. But I was impressed with the Touch actually....

serious 8G is too little. At least 40G to start with.

I tried at one of the shops and was pretty impressed with the touch screen. At first I thought that the touch screen will be inconvenient to use but it's actually very easy to use. The multi touch is very useful!

who cares about the touch screen when u can play games and watch movies on an even bigger screen

and you don't have to deal with Apple's crappy bullsh!t battery that cannot be replaced

At first i was wowed and blown away by the touch. But then common sense settled in after 1-2 weeks and i realise now that 500 dollars for this is really complete nonsense

300 dollars gets a psp which IMO is so much more worth it

I tried an iphone b4. It does look very nice. But I think the itouch is not very useful to me. Too big to carry around together with my HP. If the iphone comes, then maybe will get it.

I think the experience with a 3g internet connection (asia ver of iphone) will be much better lah. wifi like very hard to log in...

I dun get it, what are you guys going to use the itouch for?

    MP3? no right. watch video?

Given a choice, I would rather wait for the cowon Q5. That is something worth waiting for.
