If you go Amazon website, you may find better deal.
As the also advertise items selling by other merchants.
Be more careful on merchant that offers much lower price. Read their t&c.

    For Item 1 cost me USD749.95 = SGD1102.69
    For Item 2 cost me USD230.16 = SGD346.91

Free shipping from merchant to vpostusa.
Now pending for items to reach vpostusa, then they will calculate the shipping to SG.
Do note that I ordered separately, so only Item 1 will incur GST as its over SGD400.
Will let you know once I know the shipping charges.

But for Item 2, mayb more worth it if get locally.
    MS selling at $399
CP selling at $370 (without GST)
OP (No stock, so unable to quote price)

    Cheers...

The body kit price is really good. And yes, you probably don't need to get the lens from abroad 'cause it's quite cheap here, especially second hand ones

Crumpler is more style and you should see what are the things you going to bring out. Go for 6 million bah, since it would be bigger and you can bring more things.

I am using the Lowepro, Mini Trekker and I love the cushion. If only I got more $$$, then I would go for the NG bag which have a rugged look to suit my appearance

Hmm, not too sure about this.
But I got the vpostusa card and used the shipping agent in Portland, Oregon as stated in my vpostusa card. You mean you ordered and got the US Merchant to ship to Compton, California?

Been using VPOST for a while now. They started out operating from another area in California before shifting to Compton. A while after, they started offered an alternative address in Portland, Oregon presumably for 2 reasons. Firstly it circumvents the CA state tax for purchases bought and shipped within the state and secondly, their volume of packages must now be quite substantial, hence the need to divert the volume to another location.

Their service level has been so-so of late, perhaps due to more packages. Packages take a little longer to arrive and consolidated packages gets delivered on separate days plus their rates have crept up.

spheredome, you must know that the shipping of batteries and vapor/flammable stuff like nail polish will be under scrutiny due to the potential fire risk. If the batteries are separated in the original packaging, it should be OK. But if it used stuff, it is always a good idea to have the seller pack the battery separately.

This is the first time I am using VPostUSA, so am new to restriction applied.
Just posting for other new buyer to take note, when addressing.

Well, I cancelled the order prior receiving this email as the seller's avail was too long. Will continue to shop again with vpost next time.

Don't mean to sidetrack from the thread title. Since it reaches this section, just to addon the info.
vCONCIERGE cannot purchase from sites that does not accept foreign issued credit card.
At the end, experiencing is the only way to work with all these limitation.

I have already gotten my Pentax 50-200mm lens.
The shipping of this item for Vpost is $26.43, I also checked with Pentax USA, they can give me International warranty...
Just has to provide them with the proof of purchase, model and serial no of item.
Still waiting for my K10D with Kit Lens, not yet received by vpostusa. But they should receive soon, most likely tomorrow...
