That's quite old. I was given one in 1985 and it was somewhat old then.

There wasn't much to working it. Add film (and batteries?), set the film speed, set an aperture and shutter speed and shoot.

the SRT's are fully mechanical cameras. the SRT Super was the asia-pacific name for this model, it was called SRT 102 in the US and SRT 303 in europe.

you just load film, set your exposure, focus and shoot. a very nice camera.

i'd be interested in taking it off your hands if you don't want it.

    Jeez...

Why would you want to sell? I'd seriously wish cameras were that idiot proof these days.

I still share with my dad an old minolta SRT 101.

Keep it! The only thing that cheeses me off is - Film. Yes. Think before you shoot and the damn battery which is hard to find...

that's the beauty of these mechanical beasts, you don't need a battery to take pictures. you control aperture and shutter speed.
