if you ever have taken a work-psychology course when you are part of human resource, or in a job having to manage people at a higher level, there's a full lesson on giving feedback, most people arnt good at giving feedback anyways. Feedback must never put someone down, but at the same time, must encourage, and must be put in a way that the receiver can interprete, and has to be given in a sense of Goodwill, of which many people lack this. etc etc..
i know, i was in the hr part of army, tell me about it
i find humans the hardest part of work to handle when i was doing my ns job
so ever-shifting and enigmatic and idiotic, at times

well, i don't know if i was diplomatic, but i suppose i didn't do it deadpoet style =| which is why i'm curious why i got the sort of reaction i got, felt that i didn't deserve getting my thoughts called underexposed because i mentioned his shots were slightly under? shrug

anyways i shouldn't spend so much time on cs, i still don't have a bank account yet and i'm the least kan cheong, all my friends are more kan cheong for me than i am, lol

as for clique-ish, i don't know. i know there are a few people out there - zooshh, eikin are two of them who just give pretty good OBJECTIVE comments when they do, pity eikin doesn't comment as much these days because perhaps he is tu lang as well, hehe, but i'm not sure so don't hantum me la, maybe busy also

shouldn't it be THE OTHER WAY
open minded individuals would beo pen to all sorts of critique

Maybe CS gotto add some rules or add sticky...

    1. If you do not want comments, please close thread after posting your photos
    2. If you ONLY want good comments, please indicate in BOLD either

"ONLY Positive comments are welcome" or
"No negative comments are tolerated" or
"No negative comments please, I cannot take it, it will break my heart " etc

Uh OT... you say you served NS, but you don't have a bank account?

I thought SAF will help (read: make it compulsory) you open a POSB account if you don't already have one?
