My friend just bought a Olympus mju 760. During his purchase, he also added a Canon Selphy printer to his list. Back at home, he realised that the USB connector of the Olympus does not fit the cable provided by Canon. I checked it out and realised that the connections are indeed different. I don't know the exact name of the types of connectors, but are there any CS-ers out there that can share with me how to overcome this connection problem?
TIA. ![]() |

Hi,
Not to worry. The Olympus camera is able to support direct printing. Just use the USB cable (from the camera) and connect into the usb port of the printer(of Canon printer). Once this is done. The camera will display connecting and a print menu would appear to guide you to print photo. |

![]() Many thanks to jeffreyk and apex for their pointers. ![]() As I have never owned a Olympus camera, I did not know what are the accessories that came with the camera. I was actually thinking of looking for a converter for the connector to resolve the problem at the first place. |
