Correcting CA and ? on CS

Ok guys, I know this has been asked using CS, but how do you correct CA using good ol PhotoShop 7 where I don;t have all them fancy fikters? Do I have to load the special filter, and if so, is there a site that I can download all the CS filters?

Is the CS version worth the cash outlay as opposed to PS7, or does anyone have a 2nd hand version for sale?
