    Default Waterproofing your camera bag

For those camera bags that are water resistant and not 100% waterproof, how do you guys keep it dry in the event of a wet weather and you realise that u dont have an umbrella or a shelter?

I'm using a crumpler bag and it can withstand light rain, but not heavy rain. any expert opinions on waterproofing it?

Go to Daiso (that $2 jap shop). Look for Bicycle Basket Rain covers. They may be large enough to fit your bag. Available in silver and other assorted colors. Cheap and quite effective solution.

I always keep a poncho or 2 in my camera bags... disposable and can cover both the person and the equipment...
