Where is Canon's SED panel? After getting sued and bought Toshiba out - when is Canon going to mass-produce this next-generation display?

I think Canon is still in the midst of re-negotiating the deal with Nano-Proprietries. I bet LCDs, OLEDs or plasma TVs will be way much cheaper than SED when it eventually comes out.
