Are these Wasps or Hornets? I thought Wasps lay their youngens inside other insects. Could be wrong though.

They are a type of small paper wasps (Ropalidia sp.).
Not all wasps lay eggs inside other insects, only parasitic species do that. |

I have access to super Huge Hornet's nest. Some
nest are as large as a motorcycle.. These can definitely kill a man many times over. I can only use a telephoto lens to photograph them.. as I know they are very dangerous. Occasionally a Honey Buzzard will be seen attacking these huge nests for the grubs. Hornets, Better go far away.. Allan |
