    Default Macro Lens for Product Shoot

    Hi, need bro who have experience on this area to advise.

    Do we need to use macro lens for small product shoot? I.e. those that shoot in a product tent or table?

    well, it certainly depends on how small are the products. if its small, like ear rings, you might want to get a 60mm micro.

    I use a 105mm with a 50X50X50 tent often..

    Is this a macro lens?

    Either the 60 or a 90... depending on the size of the object and your working distance.

    Aperture varies depending on the image requirements.

    i'd shoot at f8, i tend to get fringing on shots above f11, especially with the wider lenses. with digital, see what works for you!
