Default Videographer needed for Wedding

Looking for a videographer on the 28th Sept 07 (6pm-10pm) and 29th Sept 07 (whole day).
Simple video-shooting.

Will be paid around $250. I know it's a little low, but I'm not expecting alot. Can see videos moving this and that can already.

Students are welcome!

$250 for a 1 1/2 day job is indeed a little too low.

According to your requirement, it sounds like you just need someone to turn on a videocam and walk around.

Just a advice, why don't you just borrow/rent a videocam and ask a friend to help you with it. Will be cheaper that way.

Renting a pro video cam is only around $100 a day. You can save more by getting someone doing it for free.

ya they wanted a CLICK and WALK kinda thing.

I thought of that before, but most of them would be busy on that day.
And I've got arrangements to meet on that day, so I'll just need to outsorce to people.

Anyone???

CLICK AND WALK KINDA PAY? haha

Default Penny Wise,Pound Foolish

You wanna chance a 'once-in-lifetime' event that will not be repeated???
Better you spend a little bit more to get an experienced videographer.

What about editing?? You wont be able to do a decent wedding clip if you are missing
a lot of moments that maybe critical because it's not shot well or out of focus.

Imagine even getting your friend to shoot for you. How would he feels if your parents & in-laws were to comment on the bad videography or missing clips.

It's still better to get someone experienced and pay abit more to get the job done.

My 2 cents worth as that's what happened to my wedding video and i lost a good friend.
