Leica Digilux & Panasonic L1

Are the the same beside the look ? How is this DSLR perform ? I saw in DPreview they are not very outstanding.

Personally, I prefer the colours of the images produced by the L1 as compared to those from my other Olympus DSLRs. So it's

one thing that i notice...is that the VF is different in size

They look exactly the same to me (unless one of the cameras you saw had a different eyecup). They both use the same E-3x0 porro-finder arrangement, so it would be odd that one was larger than the other.
