Default Lynx : Fatherhood

Was a wonderful sight to see a Lynx Spider has its watchful eyes on the tiny ones. The 2 image are in succession, look almost like young ones come from the egg shag.. and then got organised to conspire on some evil pranks...

Not sure if its a male....usually the male has dark palps, while this one is kind of slender.

Good moment captured nevertheless.

not all female spiders will eat their mate after mating... if the dude is smart and gets out of her way after she starts to reject him, he'll live. different species also have different tendencies.

i'm wondering about this spider because it's not like the father to guard the eggs. usually the mother guards it with her life, and yes, would eat the father if he got this near!

tchuanye, valkeyrie, littlejet - Thank you. No matters if we can determine the gender now... but parenthood in the macro world is impressively and present.. haa.. i can remember the exact spot, but I do not think i can land the same parent lynx anymore. Thanks for viewing and encouragement... I will post some new spiders pic soon...
