    Hi, does anyone know what is the dialect equivalent for 宣 if used in a name?

    I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but the electronic dictionary I have says:

    Hanyu Pinyin: XUAN1

    Cantonese: SYUN1

    and sen for the basic Japanese sound and for Korean.

    as boredphuck mentioned, i think it should be suan1, as in "suan1 ko3" - xuan1 kao4 (announce)
