anyway, is this how i upload pics? via flickr then CS?

you use flickr right
1) when you click on your photo in the photostream, there is a row of buttons above your picture, yes
2) click on all sizes
3) make sure you select the proper size you want, try not to make it too big, or people will scold you, too small people will scold also, safe bet is resize it from the start to 620-800 width for landscape and 550 to 800 height for portrait (pixels)
4) if you are too lazy to do that, just use the medium setting given in flickr, very safe
5) when you have done that , look for this sentence; grab the photo's url
6) click on the part below it, it should select the entire url, copy
7) use [img] AND [/img] tags, place the url in between those tags WITHOUT spacing in place of where the AND is right now

hahhahaha looks too sharp. i think you can use the radial blur and gaussian blur to get it to look more like a holga photo.
