Default Microscopy Anyone?

Hi All,

After much poking around, I managed to locate 2 Olympus camera adapters for Olympus microscopes.

Strangely, one of the has the words E330-xxxxx on it Hope it fits my E-1

The other is for the older OM cameras, i suspect I need my 4/3 adapter.

Will take some pictures tomorrow or next week and share with all.

Cant wait to start taking photos with my E-1 on an Olympus microscope

I first project is to take mosquito larva, pupa and young adult mosquitoes.

Any request anyone?

No photos this week as the labs are busy. Will get some next week when the labs are closed.

My request... blood... It is interesting to see what is in there... so share share share...

Take a pic of the adapters as well (if they are the right ones) as I have never come across them... I am sure someday I will come across these stuff in some obscure camera shops.

Cheers bro... happy shooting...

Sure, will also take photos of how it integrates with the microscopes.

Hi All,

Did a search on E330 and microscopes. Here is what I found.

http://www.olympus.co.uk/microscopy/31_7453.htm

This is the same adapter I saw at my lab. Guess it should work with the E-1 too! Have it attached to studio 1.5 with remote trigger and I am all set to go.

Now that Amazon is selling the E330 at US$350, I am somewhat tempted....
