Web Designer for Jewelry website

I'm looking for a web designer for a client who wishes to have photographs of her jewelry designs available for viewing online. It is not a webshop, just a gallery as she is looking to enter the U.S. market but needs something to showcase her products.

Deadline is very tight as the finished site has to be up by the end of the month.

Basic info l need for now are :
1. Experience.
2. Fees.
3. Ability to complete within the timeframe provided.
4. Any sample websites.

There is a website link I will provide below for interested parties to use as a guideline as to what the client wishes. Not very complicated, but needs some flash & motion graphics.
