    maximised full screen, but most of the time i use boss-mode so everything including message windows are docked to the tray

    i put it on the secondary monitor, along with the stock market and exchange rates.

    Normally minimised. If open, it is on the right side.

    Mine is top left. Skype on Top right. Webcam Frame bottom right.

    I put MSN Messenger and Skype on the left and iChat/AIM) and Yahoo! Messenger on the right. Conversation windows go wherever there is room. I need a second monitor when I'm talking.

    what i meant is when u open the Messegner, where's your window???
