may i know what to look out for when buying polaroid cams? besides using 600 film. what other specs must i lookout for?

Try to load a empty cartridge with still battery left over and make sure the flash fires.

What to lookout for? First, is how deep is your pocket. Ha ha..

Just like what (iboey) has say. Get a empty film pack and test everything.
But, if this is your first time getting a polaroid i guess you wouldn't have a empty film pack.

Not just the flash! Flash is just a function that helping you to take a better pictures.
The most importent for all is the shutter life! Without it! The cameras is useless!

Almost all 600 series polaroids come with a fix lens and fix focus function.
So, nothing much to look out for. Film wise? SX-70 or 600 film camera.
That is not a big problem too. Just get a ND filter everything is good.

Just go workout your budget.
