Now itching to travel again.. Please help me decide!

I have 5-7 days to either:

2) Beijing
3) Angkor Wat
4) Prague
5) Others

Where's the best place for photography?

for a short duration of 5-7 days. beijing sounds like a good choice among 1-4. leave the nearer locations for tighter duration. reserve the good spots far away for longer duration e.g. 9-15 days.

flight alone can take a duration of up to 3 days. to and fro, transport to and fro airport, rest time. i wouldn't go europe with just 5 days, i dun want to rush. but if money is not a problem, you can.

I'm gonna rule out Beijing simply because the air is horrible. Your sky will mostly be grayish white, taking the contrast out of most outdoor shots, and landscape shots will have visible smog.

EDIT: Unless of course your intention is to do a nat-geo type expose on pollution or something..

There are ways to overcome this. Washed out skies does not necessarily means no pictures...

Think I'll go Angkor Wat then. I hear that the best time will be early in the morning like 6 am?
