I like the concept of using the flash gun to pump in the light to the ring light. Very good for fill-in effect and having ring catchlight on the eye. What I fear is the weight of the ring light will force down the flash head. Have to use with extreme caution.

Overall, this is a must have product if you want to have professional effect in your photo, which I understand oversea photographers had been using ring light for photo shoot, but most of them are bulky. Seen one in American Top model before by famous photographer from Elle magazine.

Any MO going on?

you can google DIY for this
its quite doable yourself but your mileage may vary

also i found this super cheap ring LED light that's meant for camping
but it works with PNS as a ring flash.. but power is not very very strong.

From official website, it is quoted at 139 Euros. So should be around S$300, excluding shipping.

I'm considering buying but I think there's a rule here against MO. Correct me if I'm wrong.

you are right.

the rule is, if you want to post an MO you have to do it in the right forum
and that is not here.
