The K20D has been rumored for over half a year now, don't know about the K2D (we don't even have a K1D yet, unless you count that prototype a couple of years back) ...

Well, let's wait and see what Pentax would come up with. I'm pretty happy with the K10D and the K100D already. Don't think I'd jump for another new model anytime soon

The full frame got me excited too!!! Finally, can switch to a digital system w/o sacrificing the focal length of my current lens!

any idea when the sneak previews will be out?

more interested in the pricing, hopefully just like K10D, offering many features of the D200 standard but price below the D80. If thats the case, im seriously gonna consider fully converting to Pentax, finally its time for Pentax join in the fun.

No need to get excited about rumours... I'll believe it when I see it.

Full frame would be nice but it would probably mean resurrecting the FA series of lenses (many of which were discontinued when Pentax went thru a rough patch a few years ago) or introducing new versions of it (with SDM no less). That will take time... as it is, there as still lenses on its road map it still hasn't rolled out yet.

Live view I really don't need nor want.

Introducing a new sensor isn't the big deal. The big deal is getting the algorithms for the image processing right to ensure the images look good. I'll stick with what I have for the moment because IT WORKS WELL. Learnt many hard and expensive lessons in the past being an early adopter in equipment buying.

Switching to CMOS may not go very well with those who are used to punchy colors (and details) from a CCD sensor ........

I would spend on lens than get a new body tat soon.
Only added a Tamron 70-300 Di LD thus far due to budget constraint.

If the FF part is true, then Pentax get real busy to produce a new line of FF lenses now. Not too many FA and FA* lenses from last century remaining to go around.

Don't know where you heard about these, but I'd be glad to see the 135/1.8 surfaces again (for a reasonable price)
