No. of Photogs: Min 4 photographers, max 6 photographers.
Ratio: Spilt into 2 Groups and take turns. 2:1 or 3:1
Price: $65.00
Refreshments will be provided
Reflector will be provided

There are plenty of events over the weekends... Get to shoot models for FREE during the events...

a) One model (3hrs only)-> $65
b) A lot of models (10++hrs) -> FREE

Which one will photographers go for? Pretty obvious yah?

It may be obvious to those who are looking for freebies, but it's not obvious to me.

There is a huge difference between shooting models on stage when you are far away in a crowd below. Obviously, you can't tell the model to look here, pose like this, push away her messy hair, change costume, etc.

In other words, people get what they pay $$ for.

=> If you want people to pay, you should make it obvious that they will get something better than freebies.

In another words, think like what u're "customers" will think... Btw, thinking of trying to earn maximum profit out of organising shoots all the time wouldn't bring u far...

I do think I am trying to earn too much..or what you say maximun profit..

Just curious, how do manage the session - Ratio: Spilt into 2 Groups and take turns. 2:1 or 3:1 - do you put a time cap for each turn?

Wouldn't this create a lot of waiting time throughout the session?
