    Default Photo Editing Software

Hi i am curious to know what are the most popular editing software for digital photos? I heard Picasa is good and it's free to use. Also there's photoshop but it takes ages to learn how to use this software. Beside these 2, is there any other popular one?

GIMP, acts like a photoshop, but is free....

    Irfanview, very basic editin...

IMO, photoshop is the way to go...
too cool to resist...and it wont take ages to learn how to use the software,
experimenting is the key to learning!

canon DPP is also another software that is not really difficult to use.....
Corel Painter X can also be used to edit photos......
However i feel photoshop is the best.....
    just my opinion.

try adobe lightroom if you just needs simple editing features that are easy to learn and lightroom is actually a digital darkroom for you to arrange your photos.
