    Default prosumer flash bouncing?

    hi ppl was wandering prosumer cameras usually have their flash fixed facing forward..is there a proper way to bounce or diffuse the light so that u wont have to take a shot wif direct flash??

    you can try the lumiquest screen-thing diffuser

    You'll need a flash bracket, and while using, make sure other people's camera doesn't trigger it!

    hmm... like that if going to shoot models on stage with other photographers, must be very careful not to "crossfire".

    wrap a thin layer of tissue paper if u didnt bring along diffuser

    i've been doing that recently not too shabby
    It's about what you do before you press the shutter and not after.

    use the tissue paper though will reduce teh chances of red eye caused by flash, but will it also reduce the flash range on the object?

    i would expect so. As that is the case with most diffusers...
    Sony DSC-H2....its not the power of the camera, its the vision of the photographer....
