    you can look at it this way, since people like to compare photography to cooking, you can look at photographers like cooks, and there are many different levels of them, and look at the photograph as a dish prepared by the cook. then when you look at the comments, you can classify them as coming from ...

    master photographer = master chef
    photographer = fellow cook
    photographer of another field = cook of another specialisation
    photographer from the studio next door = cook from the restaurant next door
    amateur photographer = amateur cook
    a recognized critic = a recognized gourmet
    unrecognized critic who don't show works/credibility = auntie next door who won't share her food, but likes (or will like) to criticize your food, who can be sometimes right, depending on her mood or her relationship with you

    so judging from the source of the comments, one can make some good deductions on the usefulness of the comments.

    i've written down some objective method to look at this subjective problem ...
