Go buy elsewhere if you want the canon.. was there yesterday, one of the salesperson was not friendly at all, Last year when I was at COmex the last day, the harvey norman guy helped me a lot in choosing the camera - friendly and let me try all the models. FInally settled on the 400D then.

the olympus E510 has a VERY good deal at $1399 twin kit lens. Much better than outside,

I was there yesterday and saw one guy brought one nikon DSLR with alot of free gift. If i am not wrong, there is one crumpler bag, manfotto tripod plus some other gift. Thinking of going down to check it out today.

imho the cameras u stated are not really cheap u can go to normal photo stores and can bargain until mebbie lower than the price u stated...

Hey,i had the same encounter with you dont know is it the same sales you are talking about.Is he a thin guy that wear glasses he speak like YaYa Papaya man so pround.After walking 1 round went back again serve by a young good looking guy,he rather good and know his stuffs he selling very well,in the end got the 400D & 200MM len...

I wonder why no one mention about Sony Alpha 100 fo $899 (body only) or $1099 (body + kit lens), $1399 (body + dual kit), + gifts as well

I got my 400D kit at $1200 at sim lim, with free bag and memory card.. But got no warranty..
So i feel that the price at the comex is not really the best..

comex prices are never fantastic to begin with, you have to see what are the packages that they are giving out. isnt this common sense?

i kanna from the yaya papaya Nikon man. The salesman was nice and friendly but his fat balding arrogant superior was not. He look at me from head to toe when i asked whether they could lower the price if i don't want certain freebies. The cashier was curt. (However she looked tired so can't blame her) Or izzit the air in Comex that made all of them rude?
