A few images of sunbirds taken at MOG on Wednesday
#01 Olive backed sunbird ![]() #02 Crimson sunbird ![]() #03 Olive backed sunbird ![]() #04 Juvenile Crimson or Juvenile female Crimson?? ![]() Anyone can ID #04 and of course C&C. TIA |

i don't even get that kind of shots, good details captured.
They are tiny and you must be using "Monster lens" to get that close. though i can't ID on #4, but that's sure my fav of the lot. ![]()

There is a speck of red tinge just below the throat in #04. Both juv Crimson and juv Crimson female had that red tinge and it will start to varies as the birds mature. Not too sure about other distinguish features that can tell them apart. |
