Default Father and Son

Was at mount faber last sunday morning, got a shot of this touching moment. Sorry for the OOF, was in my car and about to leave. Makes you ponder sometimes, are you a good enough son. Called my dad to say hi shortly afterwards. C&c welcome.

cheers!

great captured indeed.

but think the right way the son should piggy back the father down the steps, too risky for the father walk down.

was taught at hospital and rehab centre, you should hold the patient body instead of arms, and common sense tell us than the stronger person should be at the lower steps provide supports, and also legs are stronger than arms, piggy back a person should be any problems.

the 1st place, they shouldn't come here for any excise, put everyone at risk.

good point! and especially not at the joints!

actually piggyback your arms got to support the weight of the person abit too, long period can be tiring i think. maybe they went to have a nice view up there and fresh air

i think the son meant well to bring his dad out for a walk..
and we shall not get too medical or technical about whether the place is safe or is he holding the correct arm, etc...

there are many very well educated people that probably know what to do..and what not to do..but cant be bothered to bring his folks out for a walk or dinner..

probably the TS just wish to remind all of us that we should do some self reflection and make sure we are giving more love/concern to our folks..
