Is there any way that i can change the iso to 50 or 160 with 400D ???

In 400D, you can only change the ISO in full stops from ISO100 onwards. This means that the ISO can only be changed from values 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600.

might want to try the 1D MKIII...can boost to ISO50 if i nv read wrongly...

ISO rating 100 - 3200 in 1/3 stops, plus 50 and 6400

No, you cannot change ISO to 50 or 160. You should read the camera specification before getting it.
