New diana camera and coloured holga question

Hey alternative camera peeps! There's a new Diana camera coming out:

By the way, just wondering about the coloured Holgas available on ebay eg http://cgi.ebay.com/HOLGA-120CFN-120...QQcmdZViewItem. The silver is painted right? Does the paint come off or get scratched easily? Thanks.

Wah the silver one better hor! My white one has some parts of it, the paint came off liao lor. Happened to 2 of my friends' white ones too

The painted Holgas are not from the Holga manufacturer according to a reliable dealer who order straight from them. And they are not "limited" edition, its like russian rangefinder, always dead stock, but always available whenever you want it. So watch what you pay for a simple paint job on a cheap plastic camera.

a can of spray paint and maybe a primer for first coat(to make the paint stay on the smooth plastic) cost less than S$15. You can spray at least 7-10 holgas.

i got out bidded like mad on evilbay (ebay) for the diana.
btw lomotionsg has a thread where this holga user used sticker to "wrap" up the whole holga. i think the template is there

Thinking of buying a toy camera. any advice on what should i buy, prefer with flash to take indoors and at night, and also uses 35 mm. Where can i get cheap camera?
