    Default Imitating Perspective Control/Tilt-shift.

Not sure if anyone has ever tried this (or whether it even exists), but has anyone tried to imitate the effects of a Perspective Control (PC) or Tilt-shift lens through Photoshop?

    Care to share possible methods?

    Thanks.

I saw a thread on something like this some time back; searched and found this thread:
Anyone here tried the "fake model" photography ?

    Also, how about this link:
    Fake Model Photography
which will probably get referenced in the thread above.

    HTH.

Having expensive gears do not make you a better photographer. Period.

Which effect are you after? Perspective control or altering of the DOF?

Photoshop has a filter to do this. It's under Distort > Lens Correction

Alternatively you can used third-party tools. I use Richard Rosenman's Lens Distortion Corrector.

    Thanks

The best tip i can give is that u must be in certain height to capture the base photos to make it look realistic as though u are standing up and looking at a architecture model.

If its the same eye level, it will not be realistic no matter how much lens distortion u apply to create the effect.
