No, doesn't look lomo to me
I can't really say why, the colours are weird but not lomo-weird just weird
And vignetting in first looks overly done

And you have dust on your sensor, but nothing to do with the topic haha

A commendable job..but then again, using PS cross process scripts and 'fake' vignetting won't make it authentic...its really really hard to imitate the cross process look and the effects u get on a lomo cam using PS unless ur experienced digital special effects artist...

You have a good dslr, i think you should go take more jaw dropping and earth shattering 'normal-looking' pics in my opinion. however, if this is ur style, go get a lomo cam and expired film...if ur just experimenting, have fun then^^

Hey there, night86mare & kgston, thanks alot for your comments. i was just trying out something with the dslr and ps. the lomo isnt real, but yea i was really bored and tried to remake the effect, something that i now think cannot be achieved that easily, lol And yea by the the way, the dslr was rented.

On the average how much does it cost here to process + scan? 35mm anyways

I've tried to look in Alternative Photography but never explicitly stated

it really depends on where you go to...the more pro shops can charge u up to $18 for 16 base scans...+ dev fee of 3.00-3.50 can easily hit 20+.. of cos your friendly neighbourhood minilab will charge you less than half price for scanning.. arnd $8;16base..but some shops the scanner are just really bad...so u have to try your luck...
personally,my negs always turn out over saturated..i dunno why..the colours always end up clipping...hence i might get a film scanner and see for myself if its just the film or the scanner...
