Can anyone me how to take good photos ? FOr Free
My skill looks lousy and i wanna learn how to good picture aNy MENTOR here can teach me ?

u looking for thoze where u muzt kneel down n serve him/her tea n then addrezz him/her az shi fu izzit ..... ?? .....

y dont u join more photoshootz organized by any of the CS pple ..... if u got any problemz ..... me believe the pple at the photoshoot will be more than glad to help u .....

join your sch's photography club, read up more on photography, practise more (skills don't come overnight).

most imptly, apply what you had learnt or the knowledge goes to waste.

equipment isn't everything. it's YOU who is taking the photos, not the bloody camera.

What about posting some of your best work for us to see so that the CS'ers can advise on how to improve starting from those images.

Other issues that need to be understood by yourself are things like composition, techniques, style, DoF, etc... things that affect the overall impression of an image from a viewers point of view. Have a look through magazines, books, brochures, even postcards to see how others see the world and use them as starting blocks to achieve your own style. Equipment is the last thing to worry about here, learn to see and understand what makes an image first... I started years ago with a simple manual Pentax with only a 50mm lens and used it for 3 years while I was shooting for my secondary school magazine! The camera is only a box to hold the film, the photographer's eye is the important bit!

come into club snap more often. there are lots of advice from many pro down here. learn, understand, and practice.
