Hi, I just got a film scanner and I'm wondering which software gives the best quality scans and provides options for colour cast correction/film types..etc.

I hope I answer this right.
I use Photoshop --> Import. For the import part, it requires the software/driver of the Film Scanner to be installed first. That software, I used the one which came with my Canoscan FS 4000US. I'm quite satisfied (anyway, I'm easily satisfied!). |

Is it worth the price (around US $70)? BTW, does it actually work that well, or just a convenient software that can simulate slides, negative prints? |
