Default Color Tone lost when uploaded to web

    Hi,

I am sure this problem has been asked so many times before but I just couldn't find previous thread.

When I save the picture in photoshop, and open the picture using Preview, the colors are same as in photoshop. but when uploaded to web, the color are more dull.

I tried using save-for-web but no difference, still loose the color when upload.

Anyone care to point me in the way of solving this problem?

When I view the site in Safari is fine thou, in firefox is no good.

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

If i'm not mistaken Safari has colour management feature. Could that be the reason?

check if the color space u use in photoshop is the same as web's color space which is sRGB (if i remember correctly)

to check or set in photoshop go to Edit > Colour Settings
