Default Horizon Kompakt at Chinese Garden

been a while since i took my horizon kompakt out. here's 2 recent shots from this camera.



taken with fuji superia 1600, then convert to bnw in PS CS3.



took this cos of the reflection. had to adjust in CS3 the lens distortion.

thanks, guys! still getting the hang of the kompakt. i haven't really figure out wats the minimum focusing distance for this camera yet. i've got tons of OOF foreground pics from my previous rolls...,

look like super old film, and super dusty too... and super pixelated too...

i was still thinking of dropping the idea of getting a perfekt to get a kompakt, now i think i drop both together...

got pixs from velvia or provia? (how much u get your kompakt?)

erm... yeah. the superia has been lying ard for a while... still got one more unopened roll. think the dust is mainly from the shop's scanner. too lazy to clone them out.

if $ no object, the perfekt will be better cos it got more cam controls. the kompakt has basically 2 shutter speeds on 1 aperture.

#2 is good but i tink the original pic with the lens distortion will be more posionous Just my preference

no wonder DCA wants my perfekt! u have been poisoned. Let me share some slides and prints from the xpan tonight for your next purchase.

hahaha i took up a new position in work so was busy learning the new R&R Sure how about today for coffee on me? I work at Suntec now so the usual coffee places are nearby to me
