Default Birds of JBP... First timer at birding. Critique please :)

My very first venture into shooting birds... so goto JBP first. Maybe next shoot then try my hand at birds in the wild.

Hope for some of the old-hands at birding to give me some bashing so that I can improve.

Me not old hand......
#2 not bad. #3 the blue color I think is off. Overall, all seem a bit over.

Dark exposure, framing and composition, dark backgrounds, no eye contact.

The leg tags doesn't really work for me (wild birds preferred).

Take a look at some of my postings to see examples.

Cheers mate.

i like the first shot

if the area around the eye a bit more exposed would be very nice

the rest of the birds look a bit sad to me, i guess its the captivity
