Default Sony Dye Sublimation printers

I got the FP-70 recently and think it's a great printer. But I notice that my prints have a barely visible vertical line running down one side of the paper (right hand side when seen in landcape format). It's more obvious where the area has a clean/smooth subject/ tone eg. skin. Does anyone else encounter that and what's the cause?

Another question: dust or lint can get trapped in dye sub printers and get embedded in prints. Other than using the cleaning sheet & cartridge, what else can be done to remove existing dust/lint? I used a piece of scotchtape and gently cleaned the rollers. Any other ideas? TIA!
