Default how to take good night shots with Fujifilm A201

The manual says used supressed flashed, but when I tried it, the picture turns out to be blurry.

How do you take a proper night shoot especially with A201

    Thanks

Have steady hands or use a tripod. But if the scene is not bright enough, there's nothing else you could do to improve the night shots besides getting another camera with longer exposure.

I am new to photography, so does having exposure setting allow better night shots?

Any website to get more info?
