Default Sea Eagle & Fish

Hold on to your flame throwers guys, this was a hard earned shot, even though it's nothing great. It was a magnificent sight for us to behold; too bad i couldn't capture better shots as this baby is camera shy.

1. Full size.

2. 100% crop.

Whereas I simply skim through pics of captive animals, I've spent quite a bit of time admiring this pic. Anyway, glad you're taking an interest in shooting wild birds

I know that feeling when seeing one of these out in the wild. If only you moved your camera to the left or right to get the eagle's head in view ...

Better luck next time! So far I havent had much luck myself these last weeks.

Default I like this kind of image...

Hi there.....

Great Image....which tells the who, what ,where ,when ,why.......
of the photo.

It tells the bird's current habitat/environment.
What it feeds on. When?....in the day.

Great camouflaging opportunity to the the environment.
etc......

Sometimes.....we can't be at the best position to get the
best image....but having it captured ....is already a job well done...

regards,
Sulhan

You're right ... was chasing after this guy from one tree to another ... this shot was taken just before it flew away for good (probably to enjoy its lunch).

My girlfriend was very excited when she saw the eagle through a pair of binoculars ... that really made her day!
