Freelance product photographer needed

We are basically a group of product retailers from Singapore, and have our business based on Internet. We need good quality product photos to ensure good sales on Internet.

One of our new product range is Pewter (vase, keychain, jar, mug and tea caddy etc). We have 30 different product in stock and we are in the process of sourcing another 50-80 pewter products. If you are interested to be our freelance photographer, our engagement process would be:
1. We will pass you a sample product (likely a pewter vase)
2. You are free to take the product photos on any background and any angle. Photo editing is encouraged.
3. Send us the photo in softcopy (with watermark if you prefers). We will rate the photos and discuss about further freelance work (working model, fee etc).

We hope to establish long term working relationship as we have a consistent inflow of new products. We are basically seeking for competitive rate from the photographers, as basically all the products will be within the same range (pewterwares) - setup, lighting, background etc are basically consistent.

We shall arrange for a meetup (or more than 1) to pass the products to photographers.

You may quote your price accordingly. We will compare the portfolio and the price to select the most suitable photographer(s).

In order to make interested parties easier to estimate the effort, please refer to the following information:

1] Is the shooting location at your premises or mine? [Yours. We will meet up and pass you the products.]

2] How many products will be given for per shoot? [1 for the first time, and at least 5-10 for subsequent times]

3] Is digital Imaging required for the final output. [Generally yes, depends on your own will.

4] What is the resolution needed for the final output? [At least 800 (W)]

5] Any specific set up requirements……..background colour, simple or complex bg etc. [Currently we expect white or black. If you could suggest and design the background with a specific theme, we would be willing to pay higher]

6] Image is used for web or publication on flyers, brochures? [Currently for web only]

-so the sample shot is just one product, one shot? or one product, few shots?
-the subsequent 5-10 is for the selected photographer?
-any particular timeline? like when u'd like the shoot to be, when you want the deliverables?
-what is the payment schedule like? or is this determined by photographer?
-do you have a company website?

One product, as many shots as you want. Generally we post 2-3 shots from each products.

It will be similar arrangement for subsequent products

We pay via Ibank or paypal (if you prefer) one weekly basis (by end of Sunday). We can further discuss over payment schedule with individual photographer.

We dont sell via website, but via other internet channels. However, we are in the middle of building website to increase exposure.

What I meant by payment schedule is actually, do you pay the entire payment, say immediately upon delivery, or 50% deposit upon confirmation of job, 50% upon delivery, that kind of thing. Or is this to be determined by photographer?

How many products and how many total shots is the chosen photographer required to deliver to you?
