The prototype look very real.
Possible it is sucessor of 30D.
like the layout of the left side access buttons transfered to bottom side to accommdated 3" LCD.
This Camera sure will carry digic 3.
Some spec are transfered from Mk3.
Live view ........ if has it the best.

Hmmm..... the three playback buttons at the bottom seem dedicated, I do not see any alternate grey text next to them.

Rumours also say that there will be a new EF-S 18-55.

That looks like a USM lens though, the 17-85?

looks more like the 20D body. the flash and rear top right buttons are not as smoothly shaped as they are on the 30D.

Shift of the left access buttons is delicated to accomadated the 3" LCD.
If not , it may back to 2.5 " LCD layout of 30D or worse still is 1.8" for 20D layout.

Spec is look good to me. Hope it in sub $2.2k for Body only. Better still Sub 2K.

Somemore got LiveView similar to the 1D MK III. The side buttons now all move to the bottom due to the large LCD.
