Looking for a Studio

Hi all, I'm looking for recommendations on a studio in the east. I need the studio to be equipped with some sort of furniture, modern sort would be best, since I need them as props. Hopefully won't be too expensive though. The place doesn't need to be large.

Studio owners feel free to PM me with your rates and more details about your studio too.

I met up with Lundy to buy something from him, and we spent a good hour plus discussing the business and other things. Nice guy and very forthcoming with tips and hints culled from his years in the industry. I'm guessing that his presence in the studio, should you want or need it, would also come in handy. And his studio looks and feels really cosy with lots of great makan just downstairs including no less than 3 of the 'original' Katong Laksas! I personally prefer the one from the lady that has an amazing complexion for her age, eventhough it isn't the original. LOL!
