Where to get E510 at the lowest price??

I'm a newbie here and need advises fm all the experts here on where i can purchase a Olympus E510.

what's your budget... i believe the px should be around 1300, plus minus 30 or 40 dollars....
I gotten mine 3 weeks baq at John (Funan Center) @ 1340 with GST....
no point going through all the pain just to save 30 dollars.... get the camera quick... and shoot shoot shoot...

Same thought I had when I got mine from MS Color 5 weeks back for S$1350 (inclusive of GST).

But try contacting "Amos" that lurks around this forum - seems to be a Harvey Norman staff and he was giving prices like S$1299 for the single lens kit set.

Amos is from Harvey Norman Funan Centre. I buy my gear (except those from online) from him. He can usually match or give a better price for cash payment compared to other shops.

i tot cathay photo price oso quite cheap cause i compare quite a few places and realise cp sell cheap pns not sure about a dslr

I went down to CP Marina and they quoted me $1400. Most likely go down to TK or Funan to purchase. Thanks all bros for the advise

dude... forget to inform you that.... high chance for Cathay photo walk in customers they quote very high... you need to equote them first to get a good px....
alternatively can try MS Color.... they sell their stuffs cheap too...

That was before 7% GST... not likely now at this price... TK Foto was then $1300... now the price of $1330 or $1340 seems fair... Olympus Studio still giving out a 2gb CF card?

Harvey Norman!!!! Have 7 day 1-1 exchange if defective, no questions asked, option to buy extended warranty, can pay by CC, and is reputable.

Got the same thought exactly. But some places seem to be flexible to match COmex offer. Planning to bargain a bit more with 3rd party warranty.

Just asked two camera shops at one popular IT mall in KL (Low Yat) - cheapest prices among the two for:

1.) E-510 single lens kit @ RM2650.
2.) E-510 twin lens kit @ RM3250.

Totally no freebies, but who cares about knick-knacks?
