Default MS Colour At Hub

I just went to MScolour at AMK Hub,
to buy a very simple accessory.

A LCD Protector.

seems like nothing much hur? but when i got home, found out it was like kinda used (or at least tried to use). the seal was broken, n got sand grains n fingerprints in the plastic protector -_- hell no way am i gonna put that onto my screen n make it look blurrer.

Maybe going back tml or later to get a change. I wanna see their response. Lucky it aint no expensive toys, if not i get pissed off le.

Just wanna comment that the service provided by both MScolour branches r v. different.
which one u all feel is better?

most likely this was a customer exchange item,i'm not surprised.
It's partly your fault, why didn't you check before leaving the shop?

Yes, they'll definitely change it for you, but it sucks to find the thing you bought new not new and having to go back to the shop again the next day to change it.

I bought a filter from MSC AMK Hub some time back. Was in a rush so just pay and go.
Go back found out the hoya foil sticker seal was opened before. Filter seemed ok, it looked like a returned item.

That is possibly not a return item, shops like MS will allow customers to look and feel products so they might have opened the packaging to show a customer who decided not to get it.

I am grading this post as a 100% silly.

If you did not check the item before leaving, how can you now prove that the item was not spoilt by you?

Everywhere service standard vary... u dun eat snake when ur boss is beside u do u.. however if ur boss is @ another outlet.... Know where i m heading...
Anyway i always deal with Florence(711)... Good service.. i juz called her 4 times(today) to check pricing and still she more than willing to quote mi good prices...
Anyway i find the Older guy @ Hub more service oriented... The younger big guy more to selling off fast... He prefer to catch old aunties...
So i will give my advise when u go to MS... visit when florene is ard... give her a call b4 u go down... Even if the stuff u wan is available in HUB, u get to enjoy ur drink while her staff bring it for u... Even can request for TEA !
hahaha

Think amk hub not bad leh. i'm a newbie with photography but went there cos near my place.. and hub got aircon! haha.. they were pleasant ppl. i guess they're also catering to the younger and heartland crowd by selling mp3s and laptops. my friend got extra free gift and discount for her samsung mp3. and they also offered us drinks! and couple of days later she realised her usb some problem and went back.. they changed for her after checking and apologized!! service so good i'll def go back!! felt like they were really interested to help us out. so let's give them a chance ya? mistakes do happen..

walk to her also no use, everytime buy from them and chit chat there also no discount.
In fact, always happen to find other places selling much cheaper.

Service gd no use, price good is the best.

alternatively, u can call florence to give u a quote first and ask them to sell u at the quoted price. it works for me.

i would rather pay a little more for a peace of mind. if my purchases fail, i know they are willing to help me. for me, its the aftersale service that matters.

YES! As long as price is competitve, service must be there! And there is not such thing as free lunch. Of course, if they employ some ab beng... then it will cheap.., but latently can be very expensive.

I was very sad to read one of of the posts where it was said 'cheap' price is the best.

What is definition of Cheap??
