Hi asterixsg, that's about it, don't have much photos to begin with.

Primarily because they are all shot with off-camera flash @ full power so recycle times aren't that fantastic, as such only one pop as they pass by.

It's a rather hit-or-miss affair, with more misses than hits...

I dunno how u do it but I really, abosolutely LOVE #1 and #2. Absolutely fantastic stuff.

as a former (hobbyist) triathlete, I could appreciate what they are going through...

These are really awesome shots. I love the directional lighting and was going to ask (stupidly) how it was done!

Where or how did you place the off-camera flash?

Well, any flash would do, I stuck a Speedlite on a lightstand, triggered by Pocket Wizards.

it has recently come to my attention that the lady in the 'shower scene' is jeanette wang, one of our local triathletes who won her age group category (25-29 years).
