d40 & mb d200 is the 2 of them compatibile??
saw it online warehse , claims compability...

Nope... The MB-D200 is meant for D200 only.

If there is one for D40 it should be 3rd party.

d40 is a camera body and mb d200 is a vertical grip which allows u to place to lithium batt in and it is onli compatitible for nikon d200

Not only the EN-EL3e. Although it can take up to 2 of these Li-on batteries, it can also take 6 x AA batteries in a special holder as an alternative.

Definitely not compatible, cam small, batt grip too big for it. haha
