Yep, correct. It is at level 2. Supposedly quite near the Macs there.

For those of you who plan to drop by for a look, note that The Moomba is located just between the MacDonalds@Boat Quay and TCC Gallery. The exhibition is on the 2nd level.

TODAY newspaper will probably be publishing an article about it on Thursday, do look out for it.
